| Teriyaki Sauce |
Ingredients (for 2 cups)
PreparationHeat the soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger and water in a saucepan and bring to the boil while stirring.
In a cup, dissolve the cornflour iwith a little cold water and add to the saucepan, stirring constantly to avoid lumps.
Reduce heat and cook for further 5 minutes. Add more water if necessary to get required consistancy. |
