Usually I prepare the ginger-garlic-parsley paste in advance and put it in the freezer in small balls, for 3-5 portions. So when I go home in the evening I just take out a small ball and throw it in the pan while cooking the pasta.
Ingredients
- a small piece of ginger
- a small piece of garlic
- parsley
- olive oil, salt , pepper
- the juice and the skin of a lemon or lime
- spring onion
- pasta
